William Hogarty has over 15 years or experience in the home financing industry. Mr. Hogarty founded the 6th largest Mortgage Brokerage in the United States with over 80 offices nationwide. In 2004 Mr. Hogarty started the Olympia Funding Banking division that underwrites and funds our own deals. In 2002 we funded over 3 Billion Dollars in loans in the US and have been recognized as one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in the Bay Area for the past 3 years in a row. We were the 3rd fastest growing company in the East Bay in 2002. Mr. Hogarty is responsible for all business operations including day to day oversight of management and employees. Mr. Hogarty is a national motivation speaker and educator of systems and accountability. Personally he closes over 20 transactions per month with team. Mr. Hogarty is married with two wonderful children and has two degrees from San Jose State University. He was the 2004 Mr. California Body building champion, and has 25 years of sailing experience with over 150,000 miles sailed.
