Testimonials
I have been to both the Chicago meeting
and this last meeting in Dallas and both have been great
experiences with totally different dynamics. I learned
alot from Ed Christner and Shelia at the Chicago meeting.
Both are organized with a clear vision. Frank G has a way
of doing business that he does not waver from and does
some cool things. Every successful branch manager I talk
to shares this. That meeting really made me examine what
I do and how I can do it better. This meeting in Dallas only reaffirmed
again what I am trying to do. Ed Lopez was great...but what made
him great though wasn't this "super
system" that
nobody uses. What he does is what Bill preaches, Tuesday
update calls, realtor calls, contacting your database, building
YOUR TEAM! Ed bangs home the points of consistency, accountability,
total team effort, that is the Olympia Funding Way. The new
managers that I met at the meeting are truly strong managers.
You can tell by how they are formulating their opinions
and how they are already doing business. I feel I have
gained strong resources as a result of the meeting. Finally,
Ryan Steinhart and Kara make these meetings both entertaining
and useful. These are not the dry inservice meetings you
might expect. Anyone who has not attended these meetings is definitely
missing out. I appreciate Olympia reaching out to branches
that are not in CA and letting us know that all of us are
part of the Olympia Funding team.

I just wanted to follow up
to thank Ryan, Kara, Ray, Christian, and OFI for the outstanding
meeting we had in Dallas. I too have attended both the Dallas
and Chicago meeting and I too will continue to attend the
quarterly meetings. If you have not gone you need to attend.
It is truly a great experience. From the positive feed back from
other managers to what is and isn't working, to Ryan's presentations,
the entire meetings are great. This time we received a
great presentation from Rhett on the Olympia Funding way. Wow was
that extremely useful. We also heard from our number one agent Ed
Lopez. His team is flawless. Thanks again and I look forward to
seeing you all there next time.

Good morning all!!! What more
can be said about the Quarterly Manager’s
Meeting? It was a fantastic opportunity to learn from some
of the most successful people in the business. Rhett’s presentation
was fantastic and helpful. Ed’s
time was equally beneficial. Learning how to build a team
and utilize the systems available to all of us here at Olympia is such a huge
advantage. I want to thank Ryan and Kara for putting together such a great program.
Never was it long or boring as most business meeting can be. Ryan and Kara made
sure that everyone was involved and enjoyed themselves every step of the way.
I know it can be very hard for each of us to take time away from our businesses,
but the advantages are far reaching. Thank you to all the
managers who attended and shared their knowledge of success. I think everyone
brings something to these meetings and I am positive everyone takes something
away. May I suggest that everyone attend in the future. You and your business
will be glad you did.

Martin Branch Manager, Texas Just wanted to take a minute to
let everyone know how great the training was in Dallas. Ryan, Kara, Ray, Christian,
Rhett and Ed all did a spectacular job bringing relevant and interesting subjects
to the table. One of the most important aspects of this conference was the
opportunity to have a discussion in reference to what is
happening at corporate and in the legislative climate that
might affect everyone. It is very valuable to hear and
be heard on issues that will have long term repercussions
in our branches and industry and be able to plan and have
input. The branch managers need to be involved in these discussions
and a face to face forum is the way to do it. I would encourage
anyone who wants to be proactive and improve their branch to participate
in these forums. Olympia is generous enough to provide
this at a very low cost so why not.
