quantum training testimonials

"What Quantum has done for me:
The biggest thing that Quantum has done for me is, I have learned to procrastinate the right things. Everyone thinks that successful people don't procrastinate. That's not true. They are excellent procrastinators. They procrastinate things that don't matter (N time activities) and do the things that do matter (I time activities)."

—Neil Clifton

"Quantum helped me in many ways. One of those ways that it helped me was how not to take things personal when rejected. Quantum technique made sense and when utilized can help agents become more successful. Quantum also helped me to get out of my comfort zone and not to be afraid to make phone calls to bankers and realtors. Quantum also helped me look at things differently and not to have tunnel vision, but to look out and around for other solutions. Quantum also helped me to understand the meaning of commitment. Without commitment there are no results. Quantum helped me not to be stressed out and not to be afraid to ask for help. In conclusion, Quantum technique are things we know and understand, we just have not utilized them when growing up. Quantum was worth going to."

"What Quantum has done for me:

  • I do not over-commit to things.
  • I am able to handle clients that are clients and disregard the other "non clients".
  • I know how to ask for the business, appointments, etc.
  • I plan my business on a 33% I time, 33% P time, 33% N time."

"What I got out of Quantum Training:
First of all I would like to say that I really got a lot out of going through this course. I learned how to communicate on a different level, trying to avoid hitting those emotional walls we all face. I know that by using the tools that were given to me while taking this course, it will enable me to go to the next level of my growing as a manager."

"Quantum was a very good experience for me. It gave me a better understanding on how managing my time directly reflects to increase my income. The best part of Quantum was learning how to build relationships, personal & business. This is what I need to do, but also will be the hardest for me to do. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you."

"Quantum has given me a new insight on the importance of communication, in that when I communicate, I need to be crystal clear of what I say. Also when other communicate how important it is that all parties involved in the communication cycle make it crystal clear of what they mean or what is expected out of them. It also helped me overcome cold calling, and has helped me in goal setting. In the roll playing session, I learned a great deal how others have problems verbalizing what they say. I also have grown closer to the other associates in the training, and they have grown closer to me. The word commitment has a new meaning and importance in my life. Overall, the training has made me a better salesperson with a new found dedication to success. I would highly recommend it to any one in sales, that is looking to increase their production and become more effective in all areas of their lives."

"The Quantum Experience
The power of communication really hit home for me. I feel that I am now communicating better with my children and also in my work environment. I found that before I would rather not communicate what I was feeling, or I would sweep things under the rug to avoid confrontation. NOT ANY MORE!! I also learned that asking questions is okay. This is contrary to how I was raised where I was taught to learn on my own, and asking for help was a cop out.

Time management is another area that was helpful for me. I still have a ways to go, but having an outline is helpful. Also delegating tasks is helping me at home. My kids don’t find this very amusing, but I love it.

Probing was the most difficult and uncomfortable area for me. I had a hard time with it the first couple of days. The third day however, everything became much easier.

I feel the most important thing I learned was not to commit to too many things. By overextending myself, I lose the ability to give the proper attention to any one person or project, which can lead to inadequate performance results."
