In 2005, 1st Metropolitan Mortgage, a division of Empire Equity Group, purchased certain assets of 48 Olympia Funding retail mortgage branches. The branches will become MetroBranches and will have access to 1st Metropolitan’s back office operations.

Olympia Funding, Inc. has priority broker status with Suntrust, Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Countrywide, and many other lending institutions. As a mortgage banker, Olympia is direct correspondents with many major lenders and can finance mortgages directly with our own warehouse line of credit. This means Olympia can fund deals other brokers cannot and typically offer lower pricing than can be obtained by borrowers going directly to these lenders.

Olympia also has current branch opportunities with 100% banking in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Nevada and Oregon. We employ over 40 mortgage professionals, working in offices located nationwide. Olympia currently closes over Three Hundred Million dollars of loans per month. Olympia is a full-service organization approved with over 200 lenders located throughout the country and finance loans nationwide.
