Jr. Loan Processor

Olympia Funding, Inc. is a dynamic and trendsetting national mortgage broker in need of a committed, organized, detail and goal oriented Jr. Loan Processor.

The Jr. Loan Processor is responsible for the processing of loan files including, but not limited to, assisting processing with “Tuesday” update calls, sending out all necessary disclosures, communicate status of files with the loan officers, copy loan packages to submit to lender, assist in getting conditions to lender and review all disclosures for thoroughness and compliance related issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands on experience as a Jr. Processor.

Salary is based on base+ bonus and also includes a benefit package including vacation and sick time.
